1  Collanos Workplace Product Support / Technical Support (English) for Collanos Workplace / Re: Programme crashes on start up on: April 01, 2008, 04:50:17 AM
Hi Anna,
OK hereunder answers hopefully to your questions:-
Free Space on HD - 279 GB - New out of the box

After installing the software the shortcut icon remains on the desktop. When you click on the icon the computer loads "Workshop" while working  overtime. (spinning beach ball).  Then the "Collastos Workshop" appears for a half a second before disappearing.  That's as close to seeing the programme runs as I get

The version I am attempting to run is a fresh version of 1.3 for Mac. I have uninstalled the programme, run Onyx and reinstalled a new version but still the same problem.   Curiously if I copy a version of the software from my MacBook Pro via my LAN the software  will open but will not synchronize the data on my MacBook.

No, I am not running a firewall at the moment.

Steve

Have downloaded Workplace 1.30.2 onto my new I Mac running 10.5.2. However the programme crashes on start up.  Have uninstalled and tried again without success. Have successfully installed it on my MacBook Pro also running 10.5.2 without any problems.

Any suggestion gratefully received as keen to start using the programme on a future project:
