We received such letter on the support:
"I downloaded the software on my computer. I tried to figure out how to
register my username and password."
I will describe registration process a bit. General idea is that one should install Collanos first and that from the login page make registration (create Collanos Name).
One can follow next instruction to make registration:
1. Open https://www.collanos.com/en/downloads;
2. On the download page select installer for your OS (there are 3 installers for Windows, Linux,Mac OS) and download it by clicking on corespondent icon;
3. Start up installer (in a case if of Windows OS make double click over file with title workplace_windows_with_jre_1_3_0_3.exe);
4. Follow wizard instruction, during which would be asked question about displaying short cut on the Desktop and Program and your Data folders repository. One can use default settings and just clicking Ok button or select folders repository manually using Browse button.
5. On at the last wizard step one would be asked whether he wants to run application-> Click Finish;
6. Red login page for Collanos Workplace will appear-> where one should select "Don't have Collanos name?" link in order to register;
7. “Create a New Account” gray window will appear, where you should input your desirable Collanos name, password and e-mail address through which you will confirm your registration ;
8. Than, after full filing form and clicking OK button, a letter with Confirmation code would be send on keyed in on step 7 e-mail address and "Confirmation request" window will appear.
9. Receive e-mail with confirmation code. Copy it without quotes and input in the window. You should input Confirmation code only once for your account activation;
After this Collanos will be started up, where one would be asked to input his Full name, Country and language, after inputting this information Collanos is ready for use.
