On
Tuesday, September 23, 2008, from 2 PM to 4 PM (Central European Time) we will perform hardware maintenance work on our central infrastructure. The following subsystems will be affected:
- Collanos Phone related: Servers needed for audio/video services, including Jabber instant messaging server
- Workplace related: Several super peers that are responsible for presence and traffic relaying
The effect for users will be:
- Phone Users will not be able to work. It won't be possible to establish voice/video calls and to use the Phone messenger.
- Workplace Users might experience some content synchronization delays or temporary disconnects, but thanks to the redundancy of the super peers, the network should self-heal within 20-30 minutes.
