Hi,

I've installed Collanos yesterday, and since yesterday it won't start.
Actually what happened, is that yesterday when I installed it, it opened
 and then a error message came and said I had to sign up on your website to have an account and use it.
By the time I got on your website, it had crashed.
Now, when I open it, it gets in the dock open for a micro second and then closes.

I have a macbook pro 4.1 with Mac OS X 10.5.5
HD 250Go with 80 available
2GB Ram
Java J2SE5
And I have downloaded the lastes version available for mac on your website.

I can't see why it's not working.
I really need the software to work.

I hope you'll be able to help me.
As I'm french and don't know much about mac.
Help!

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for your description, but we need some additional information.
Can you please send on anna.evpak@collanos.com  e-mail address next information:

1.Please start up your application and make screen shot of the error message;
2.Please send us your log files:
On standard installation it could be found on next root:
/Users/{Your user name}/Library/Application Support/CollanosWorkplace{Unique Key}/Data

Please archive and send us all files in Data folder;

Go to .metadata folder and send us .log file. Folder ".metadata" is hidden, so make settings to your finder or use Terminal in order to get it;
