How to delete files and folders?

Hi,

we have a problem in our Collanos Workspace. If I delete a file or folder I will get the same back again after serveral time.
I suppose the owner (Creator) has to delete this file/folder to make it "deleteable"

Could someone confirm this?

No, you DO NOT need any permission from the person who added the file to the workspace (creator) to delete the file.

BUT, when you delete the file, it is place in the CONFLICT BIN with the creator and the creator can restore the file to the workspace.

In this case you will get the file back.

thanks for your answer. There is still the problem with deleted files:

One Member causes the problem:
I (Manager account) delete files/folders on Collanos. Because of time ALL other deleted the same file/folder by themselves.
After a while one member (it is always the same) shares the "deleted files/folders" again, so we (all other members) get the stuff back.

If there is no solution I would create a new workspace. It is just because of the file structure which ended up in chaos ...
