Save email into Collanos:
- Select workspace
- Select folder
- hit save

Or provide a userinterface like the quickfile plugin.

Dear Hannesd,

I am glad to inform you that already in the next release, which is expected in July, we are planning to add the possibility to export emails from Outlook to Collanos.

If that idea turns successful and popular we may also implement export from Thunderbird in one of the future releases.

And...
Why not first implement on Thunderbird?! Sync the Thunderbird address books and calendars is also a good idea.

You could also think in implementation with OpenOffice.org (a plug-in for example)!

Collanos needs improvement, but it's already a good choice (not excellent).
