Is there any way to use the Shared Workbook feature in Excel through Collanos Workspaces? 

We have a file we would like to have open on several computers simultaniusly which will update data from the other computers every 5 mins.  This is possible using a shared folder on a local network but we want to be able to do this over the internet.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
