Peter Helfenstein, CEO

Peter has more than 20 years of experience with international software and consulting companies in multiple European countries, including, most recently, as Country Manager of Novell and Cambridge Technology Partners, Switzerland. Previously, he was General Manager Southern Europe for Kintana, Regional VP and Country Manager for Sterling Software and Knowledgeware in Germany, France and Switzerland and various management roles at IBM Switzerland. He has extensive experience in launching international start-up companies as well as managing global and well-established organizations.
Peter has a university degree in Natural Sciences Education.

Franco Dal Molin, President & CTO

Franco has more than 15 years of experience in business development and IT management positions. He founded Collanos Software in 2003 based on his vision that the world needs a more powerful team productivity environment based on ad hoc relationship networks. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as consultant and independent contractor for e-Business start-ups and software companies. Previously, Franco founded a software engineering company in 1994 and sold it to GFT Technologies AG four years later. Franco has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Aarau and an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen, both in Switzerland.

Martin Heinrich, Head of Engineering

Martin has more than 16 years of experience in software engineering, as a development team manager and software architect. He successfully implemented over 25 IT projects in the last 13 years for customers such as UBS, Swisscom, and the Swiss Government. In 1995 he founded Marisma GmbH and developed his own Java Web frameworks as well as a comprehensive project portfolio management system (PPMS) based on it. Martin has an M.S. in Information Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich.

Gil has over 10 years experience with software and consulting companies both at the enterprise and start-up levels. Gil has been involved in multiple entrepreneurial ventures spearheading product management efforts and managing the overall customer experience.
