Collanos provides team solutions for non-enterprise users.

Whereas employees in large organizations are fortunate to have access to enterprise-class collaboration solutions, smaller organizations, businesses and individuals have very limited access to such solutions, mainly due to related costs, administration and support. Moreover, these smaller organizations and individuals are highly dependent on other organizations and individuals to carry out joint, team-based tasks.

Collanos addresses these team-intensive users with a range of solutions that all share the following characteristics: ad hoc (easy to use and quick to deploy), cross-platform (Mac, Windows, Linux) and subscription-based. Whether you are an individual designer, lawyer in a 10-member law firm or partner of a sizable consulting practice, Collanos’ solutions are tailored to make dispersed teamwork happen. Collanos’ solutions enhance team productivity, reduce operational costs, and secure team data.

Our flagship product, Collanos Workplace, is a rich client solution installed on members' computers and that ONE place for users to manage all team related content and communications. The base product is and always will be free of charge. Furthermore, we will continue to enhance this free base version while gradually introducing subscription-based premium features that users will be able to opt in and subscribe to.

Collanos will be releasing soon additional products and services (e.g. Collanos Phone adding voice and multiprotocol instant messaging funtionality) that complement Workplace and will further solidify Collanos' role as the leading global team solution for non-enterprise users.
