All my tasks and notes use the -3 hours behind our local time. Can I set the localtime for my workspace to fix this ?

I'd like to add start time for a new Task. Also when the task is completed will be great to see exaclty when the task was done as due Time. I need this feature, because my work involved short tasks and most of them have to be finished in the same day.

The time is crucial for me.
