when will search features be included in product.
i think that is the only missing feature.

also having problems registering new user account.
tells me there is a connection problem with the Collanos user directory and to try again later..........which I do, but get the same response 
same as andy19363

winxp sp4.  cisco pix fw.
entire tech team has been using collanos for 4 months - so until today i know firewall configured properly.
any new ports required for user directory registration ??

please advise - right now tech team members who upgrade are skunked and locked out of files.

all corporate clients are windows 2000 / xp
corporate firewall is cisco pix
websense corporate web filtering also installed

i am able to launch collanos from inside corporate network ok.
however, online status always shows offline
i am unable to invite other members - people on my same IP segment inside my corporate network - because they also do not show online.
what ip addresses and ports need to be allowed for corporate network to see your registration service to invite new internal corporate users and sync workspaces ?

i am attempting to download beta 2 for review.  i provide my name and email info.  i never receive email containing the download key.  i am thus unable to proceed to download area.  i have submitted both my corporate email and my private addresses to rule out spam filtering, etc.

please provide additional info or alternate download site so i can get newest version.
