Can you elaborate on which points of integration with Subversion you would like to see?

Interesting. We plan on creating a workspace which will consolidate all the current user's tasks so that he/she has a centralized view of all of his/her tasks. A similar workspace can include a list view of all the changes to all the user's workspaces since he/she last logged in. I s this what you had in mind? Can you elaborate further on how you foresee such a log file.
In regards to your other question, are you referring to archiving of the instant messages? If so, this in the works. Cheers!

Thanks Jakob.
What you are using currently will -always- be free. Our plan is to launch premium features/services in the coming months which users will have the option to subscribe to. Even then, these features will be very reasonably priced and of great value to users.
In regards to Offline Invitations, very soon you will be able to accomplish this. Stay tuned!

Dear Collanos team,
maybe pretty obvious, but s.th. like the integration of subversion would be just great. (Maybe has to be simplified for standard users though)
Keep going! Cheers Jakob

Dear Collanos team,
another nice thing to have is a logfile of what has been going on, who did what, and most importantly an archive of past messages. (I hope I did not miss that)

Dear Collanos team,
let me first thank you for making this very usefull thing freely available... I hope you will not go commercial with the complete product once this is feature complete and mature (I do wish you of course to make gazillions of $ for support contracts, special features, company costumizationn etc. ;-) )
One thing that'd be very nice to have is the possibility to take care of invitations from outside the plattform, so that I don't have to wait until the person is ready to go and online.
Keep up the good work Cheers Jakob

Great point you bring up.
We need to offer a similar option to users to be able to select which application to open the file with. Currently the default application is launched based on your OS settings.
On the other hand, by opening the file outside Collanos and saving it there, you are able to have a copy of the file should a team member overwrite your file in the workspace. This will not be needed once we launch our conflict resolution bin as you will be able to restore older file versions.

Overall I really like Collanos. I run a 100 person volunteer communications team in my county and Collanos solves a major problem without me needing to get into the cost of Groove or the complexity of web hosting. I simply set up one machine as the "hub" server to insure that everything is replicated and backed up regularly and the rest log in and out as available.
ON THE CALENDAR...
Recognizing that turning Collanos into Outlook or Notes is not the goal, I think the biggest Calendar help is a calendar by workspace. In other words, turning the tasks into a Calendar rather than a list. This would at least help you see graphically how the milestones within a folder are organized. Consolidation of multiple calendars across workspaces would be ideal, but I'll take baby steps for now.
GREAT PRODUCT!

Hi Yijia,
This is a "normal" derby exception. It is thrown by derby every time when the database is being shut down.
It does not denote an error.
Are you able to run the application regardless of this error dialog?
We will fix these dialogs soon.
Gil
