Hi... I really like Collanos, it works but the only thing I don't like is that it uses excessive ressources when it's opened, even when just sitting there doing nothing. When you look a the processes running in task manager it looks like workplace.exe uses very little resources but that's an illusion because it's using all the resources via the Javaw.exe process, that process uses a TON of cpu and a TON of memory. So much so that we have to turn it off too often because of not being able to work properly when it's on, I have my whole team using it now but it's like that for all of us, even after the recent upgrade which was suppose to help this, it didn't really help much. We don't have little machine, most of us have 1 gb + memory, high or dual CPU... and still we notice the strain way too much to the point we have to close it and only open it periodically... this is NOT ideal because it's meant to be a project collaboration tool, it's hard to collaborate if the program is closed. I would like to just know if there is a plan in place to improve this? I want to stay with collanos but if there is no plan, even if not now, in the next few months is fine... but if there are no plans to improve this at all, I suppose I'll have no choice but to find an alternative but I don't want to, I love the functionality of collanos otherwise.
