As part of the download registration process, we require users to confirm their registration details.  We do this to protect your privacy and against spam.

Once a user submits her registration details, an email is sent from Collanos to the email the user submitted for registration.  This email contains a confirmation code (and a link) that allows the user to proceed with the registration.  The confirmation code is unique to the user, as well as the current browser session.

ISSUE:

Browser error: "  Confirmation failed. Incorrect confirmation code." 

Because the confirmation code is specific to a browser session AND only
valid within that session, any time the session is interrupted, the confirmation code will no longer work.  That can happen if:

1) multiple browser windows are open at the same time.
2) the user waits longer than a few minutes to use the confirmation code.
3) the download does not start or is interrupted for any reason.

SOLUTION/WORKAROUND:
=====================

1) make sure that only one browser window is open.
2) complete registration and submit confirmation code without delay.
3) make sure the download is not interrupted.
4) If these don't work, re-register (follow all steps) with the same email address. You will be sent a new confirmation code.
