Hi Guys,

great job done! Love the tool.

Anyway - a quick question. When I or some of colleges start the tool a window pops up showing JXAT and its properties. The startup is not progressing any further until you click the OK button. Is there a way to switch that of?

Thanks for an answer

Hi Heiko,

We have identified this bug and will have it fixed in the coming release.
Thanks for pointing it out to us.

By the way, if you notice when this happens or not, please update this posting so that we can detect the source of the problem more accurately.

Cheers,

Gil

I get this on all machines right now; pretty heavily firewalled - is that an issue?

As a result I'm getting no sync

Any ideas on when the new build will be available?

I tweaked the advanced settings and told it to hide the private IP addresses; it's syncing now.

I'll look into this some more. Is the JXAT component supposed to 'automagically' configure itself?

Thy main problem is, that in some situation JXTA can not resolve the IP address correct. This throw an exception in JXTA and open this JXTA configuration dialog. We are in touch with the JXTA team how we can suppress this dialog and can open our own screen.

In the next release it should be solved.

Sounds like the probable cause; my machine was running 'wired' and 'wireless' at the same time.
