Enhancing: Notes & Tasks

- Standard shortcuts like Ctrl-c,v,x,z,s, … are not supported. Heavy mouse work is required instead.
- Standard key commands are not assigned yet (like F1 for help)
-There are no function keys assigned to menu commands (could be configurable for users)
- There is no status “waiting” in the task object
- Person in charge, creator, status, begin, end and priorities cannot be made visible in the overview as columns. They should be visible even with the possibility to sort the list after them (otherwise the tasks needs to be opened first) – the overall objective here is to have an overview fast and to be able to do plan changes quickly

Link Objects
- It would be good to put Hyperlinks on the file system too ((\\Server\Ablage...):
1. Main reason: Other systems use scripts in predefined or selectable directories, these cannot be opened from Collanos
2. Other people in the same LAN or connected through VPN could use the links too.
3. Another option: Why not the possibity for objects to synchronize with local objects (Peter: Great idea – a new object type that synchronizes with a linked location on the web, in a LAN or locally!!!) as in Beyond Compare – this would address the LAN requirements.

User Interface

- Move and Copy of Folders, Objects between Workspaces

Workspaces

- Search functionality to locate objects
