I run a large membership group and we were thinking of using Collanos Workplace as a tool to offer our members to advance their business relationships.

1.  Is there a way to get around the "invite" and simply add users at our administrative level?

2.  Is there a way to limit members?

3.  Do you provide any way for us to modify the operability (open source)?

4.  Is anyone taking part in this forum using CW for this purpose - unified communications for an association?  If so, could you please post details?

Thanks!

We have taken the first step in creating a more centralized user directory with the release coming out next week. Unfortunately, you would still have to invite members via the "Invite" but at least from now on users can be invited even when they are offline.
Limiting members is not available yet. It is in our roadmap as part of the advanced permission settings. For now, only "Guest" level permissions are blocked from inviting other users but this will change in the near future.

We are not open source but will release our Business Model Designer to allow users to create their own objects. When? Don't know yet but please keep pinging us to remind us of your interest in being on the beta.

Cheers,
