The install went without a problem.

I am not crazy about providing so much information (location, birthday, etc) not knowing if it stays on my computer or is part of the name information for the invitation on your server.

I like the set up wizard for the initial workspace. Good idea.

I will do more testing.

Good point Mike.

How would you prefer to share your information? Do you need more clarity as for what will be available on your user profile to others and what stays confidential?

Despite the trouble with installation on vista (which in the end was successful) i'm very glad to have evrything running now. So far we did't see any other issues but we have to go through a bit more testing.

one thing is quite obvious to me: a calendar would be a great feature very much appreciated!
If you could provide a simple common calendar which we could use to set common dates and in the second run with a function to see the times free, blocked, away from other members ...

what you think?

I guess it would help to know what stays on my PC, what is shown to others I invite, and what goes to your server for the invitations. The issue is where is the data held and when is it viewed. In addition, why is it needed. Why do you need my birth date?

I think answering these questions will make it more comfortable to know what to answer and what not to answer. Make non-relevant information (birth date for example) non-required. They need to be answer on the form where the information is entered. For some people this may still be an issue. But I'd feel better knowing the above.

Thanks.
