Ok, so this probably isn't your typical user problem however I had two copies of Collanos installed on the one machine - the production version 1 product and the beta 1.1 product. I had two user profiles and I was replicating between them - or rather, trying to. I never managed to get the replication working and, as it turns out, that was a firewall issue (resolved). The problem is, when my 1.0 version ran the upgrade it asked me to log in again - which I did - only with the beta profile, not the original. I now therefore have two instances of Collanos 1.1 (one beta and one production) but no sign of my original workspace!!!

Is there a way of signing in with a different profile to try and restore this data or has it gone because of the requirement to create a totally new profile in 1.1...?

Beta 1.1 needed to be removed altogether as it does not support actual production. It was for testing purposed only.

My advice is:
1. Uninstall Beta 1.1 and remove its respective data folder
2. The updated version should still be integrated with old data unless the beta 1.1 upgrade '.confused it'.
3. There was another user who found a creative way to restore existing data. See related posting:
