I'm finding that going online takes a long time; also team members take a long time to show as online and searchable.

Is this a fundamental bottleneck and/or flaw - the use of the central registration service?

Our apologies. We are doing some work on the server which is causing some traffic and replication issues for several users.
This should be fixed very soon.

Back Online.

We have resolved the server problem exprienced earlier. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Everything should be working properly now.

Any plans for a distributed and resilient infrastructure for this? Seems like having a single point of failure is a major flaw.
