Hi!

I have invited a new member but he does not want to download the software because the security certificate he sees is out-of-date. Can anyone help with this please? What are the implications and how can I reassure him it is ok to download?

yes it's been awhile sonce this is happening, initially i though i had router problems or some firewall issues but it seemes to be a more general problem.
please support have a look!!

i cant believe it. seriously they are not implementing collanos anymore?

i've experienced the same problem i think, collanos accounts go in offline and i have to exit and restart it to get online again..
