Creating Link Objects

A Link Object allows you to post links to web sites in your workspace.

When a team member opens a Link Object, the default browser opens to the defined web address.

This can be extremely useful when you want to avoid copying and pasting the entire content of a web page or when the page content is frequently updated.
When a member goes to the linked page, the latest content is there, including blogs, wikis and any other web sites.

1. To create a Link Object, highlight the folder where you want to add it and then click on the "Add URL" icon in the tool bar.

   

   The "Create Link" dialog opens.

   

2. Enter the required fields, and click on the "OK" button.

   

   The object is added to your workspace.
