Collanos Workplace
This menu enables you to configure your workplace settings. If you ever change your preferences for the Workplace you can restore them by clicking on the “Restore Defaults” button. Also, make sure to click the “Apply” button after any change.
Set Collanos Workplace custom properties:
Enabling this setting allows you to group multiple workspaces under a single entity. For more information regarding this, go to Global Spaces
Set All My Workspaces as the default perspective upon starting Collanos Workplace
If you choose this preference, the application will start with All My Workspaces perspective open.
Key combination to send a message
This preference allows you to select what key you want to press to send an instant message or a discussion message. By default, when you press enter your messages will be sent. By selecting Ctrl-Enter, you will be able to use the enter key to create a new paragraph in your message.
Confirm on Exit
By default this functionality will be active. When you exit, you will be asked to confirm that you want to exit the application.

Show Relationship pane when starting application

Auto-Accept Invitation
This function allows users to auto-accept invitations without having to confirm acceptance.
