Collanos

Once you have downloaded Collanos' team collaboration software (Collanos Workplace, which now includes Collanos Phone) and started the installation, you will be prompted to create your user profile or to login. If you are upgrading an existing installation, you will have to simply reuse your existing Collanos Name. If you have just registered on the Web, just login with the Collanos Name and Password that you just created.

Just click on any of the icons and download Collanos Workplace 1.4.0.2 now!

The next step is to get your friends and colleagues on board. You can do that by adding them to your Contacts List. There is also a great feature in Collanos Workplace to mass-invite contacts from your existing address books.

Premium Services

Complementary to Collanos Workplace and Collanos Phone fee Collanos Premium Services are available for registered users in our Collanos Shop. Services available at the moment are voice services delivered by the Swiss Collanos Partner Translumina Networks integrating Collanos with the public telephone network.

• Phone Credit by Translumina Networks allows to call public phones of team members at attractive prizes. A useful service for Collanos Workplace and Collanos Phone users when offline team members are to be called.
• Dial-In Number by Translumina Networks assigns Collanos Workplace and Collanos Phone a public phone number, which allows Collanos users to be called from any public telephone. At the moment only Swiss phone numbers are available, numbers for additional countries will follow soon.

Through Collanos Shop Translumina Networks will offer a VoIP PBX for Small and Medium Enterprises fully integrated into the Collanos teamwork network. It will allow organizations to support employees and business partners with comprehensive voice communication and collaboration services, wherever they are located.
