Deleting Content

  1. To delete an object, highlight it, right click and select the "Delete" option.

    Note: To delete multiple objects simultaneously, highlight them by holding down your "Shift" key while clicking on them with your mouse.

    The "Confirm Object Delete" dialog opens.

  2. Click on the "OK" button to confirm.

    The object(s) is deleted and removed from the workspace.

    Once team members synchronize with your computer, the object(s) will also be deleted from their workspaces.

  3. If an object you are trying to delete has multiple references ('copies') in the workspace, you will be prompted with a different confirmation dialog.

    This dialog allows you to select whether to delete only the existing reference to the object or all references in the workspace.

    Click on the "Yes" button to delete only the current folder's link ('copy') or "Yes to All" to delete all links/references throughout the workspace.

    The object(s) is deleted and removed from the workspace.

  4. If you are deleting multiple objects that have multiple links throughout the workspace, you are prompted whether to delete all links/references of just the current folder's links.
