Moving Objects

Moving an object in Collanos is like moving an object in the file system. Moving an object by cut and pasting the object or dragging and dropping the object from one folder to another will take the object and move it without leaving a copy behind.

1. To move an object, highlight the object, right click and select the "Cut" option.

   To cut more than one object, hold down the "Shift" button and click on the objects you want to cut.

2. Highlight the folder where you want to paste the object(s), right click and select the "Paste" option.

   The object(s) is pasted in the highlighted folder.

3. You can also move an object or many objects by selecting the objects and dragging and dropping the object(s) to a destination folder.

Once team members synchronize with your computer, the objects will also be updated in their workspaces.

Notes:

1. • Currently you can only cut and paste objects within a given workspace. You cannot cut and paste between different workspaces.
