Submit Bug/Problem
When you have a bug or problem with your workspace you can go to the Help section and submit a problem/bug. This submission process will automatically gather your log files that will help our support and development team debug any problems you may have with workspace.
You can also attach a screen shot or different files that may help us resolve your bug or problem. The more information you can provide us the faster we will be able to get to the root of your problem so that we can resolve the problem.
When submitting a Problem/Bug you will be submitting the feedback form, Category: Problem/Bug.
- Make sure to enter your title and description. Try to be as detailed as possible explaining your problem.
- If you have a screen shot or extra documentation that can help us, you can attach content by browsing for content and adding the content. You will see the content you attached on below the attachment buttons.
- To remove a piece of added content you can highlight the content and then click the Remove button.
- Your email is provided by default so that we can email you with further questions or updates we may have. If your email is not correct, then please change it before sending.
- If you prefer not to be contact and to be kept anonymous, then check the “Send anonymous feedback” check box.
- Finish by clicking ok.
- A zipped file called “[Problem/Bug Title] Issue” was placed on your desktop.
