Reasons for joining
Collanos:

I am involved with different kind of projects with several organizations. I have been testing different kinds of collaborative tools (over LAN, over web server, combining one with the other) until I found Collanos Workplace. It is simple, quick to implement, very easy to teach, free, without functional limitations, friendly and enticing… every new user that I show Collanos, falls in love immediately.
Using Collanos for: Management processes, customer support, software translation, team management, and web project management.

Bio:

I am a colombian facilitator living in Nicaragua and work with Capra International Inc. (http://www.capra.net) as Associated Consultant for this country. Currently I am facilitating a process to enforce the strategic management and teamwork within key areas of the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.

During my years in Nicaragua, I have had the opportunity to facilitate strategic planification process, training process in leadership, teamwork and sales, and the development of associated web projects with several local organizations like Curacao, Coca Cola (Pananco), Pizza Hut, Instituto de Seguridad Social, etc.

As a manager, I have worked as a Program Manager with “Fundación Libros para Niños” (Managua, Nicaragua), as a Commercial Manager with E. D. & F. Man Nicaragua (Managua, Nicaragua), as a General Manager with E. D. & F. Man Peru (Lima, Peru), and as an Exclusive Distributor of Rexair, Inc. (USA) in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
