We see the p2p based solution helps us more to manage the daily workload in the projects with less effort in general as than a server based one. Also means less emails with attachments. Now all projects have their space in Collanos.

This is the solution I have been looking for. I have 8 field technicians who work on about 150 projects per year. Output: Autocad files. I have tried all kinds of solutions, but this beats them all. Very elegant.

Out here (Philippines), the unreliability of the services makes P2P the only really viable option. We basically have given up using our central server. I have 2 web servers that we cannot get to work for a lot of the time due to infrastructure failures on networks and power outages.

I've been waiting for a cross platform P2P workspace synchronization tool such as this since I first saw Groove Networks.

We use Collanos extensively - wouldn't know what to do without it by now.

My sense is that you guys and gals know what you're doing; you've put together an attractive tool - for free. I think it has the potential to reach a large audience. I want to help.

I believe that Collanos is a great tool for us to be able to keep all our documents synchronized between the various departments.
