Title: Long initial connect-time -- SOLVED

Some users are experiencing long initial connect-times of 4-5 minutes (occasionally up to 10 minutes) after starting up Workplace, until the status switches to "Online".

While this might be a (temporary) annoyance, it is not limiting the correct operation of the system.

We expect this minor issue to be fixed by the end of November.

We have rolled out an important infrastructure fix. No updates are needed on user's side. This should fix this problem.

Note: The fix was applied on: Wednesday November 28 at 7 PM Central European Time.

I tested 1.2 version one week ago, but now I can't connect anymore. It says Connecting... forever, I also restarted the application but in vain... Any idea?
