Title: Default text input method (???????) Post by: renmca on May 13, 2009, 02:38:54 AM Ubuntu 9.04????? IBus??????
???????????????Input Methods -> X Input method??????????????? ?????Input Methods?System(Simple)???????Preferences?????????????????????????????? Ubuntu 9.04 Chinese environment and iBus Chinese input method. Each time try to input Chinese text, has to switch to X Input Method via right-click menu, otherwise there is no way to trigger Chinese input method. The default is System (simple). Is there anyway to set the default to the one which user prefer? (X Input Method in my case), or application should remember the one which has been selected previously. Probably the solution is described here - http://www.ownlinux.cn/2009/01/30/ubuntu-local-fcitx/ (I cannot tell you for sure as I do not know Chinese). If this is not the solution. Please ask Ubuntu Chinese Team https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ChineseTeam |
