Is anybody at Collanos moderating or answering questions on this forum?  It's getting inundated with sales offers and many solid questions are going completely unanswered in spite of many views.  This will kill the company all by itself if somebody doesn't step up.  Every question deserves an answer even if the customer doesn't like the answer. 

You have something quite good here and I hope you get the support program together.  Without it, nothing else will matter.

The lack of response to this post is VERY disappointing.   I wish that Collanos valued support as highly as you value the software.  You could charge for it and actually make money, as opposed to making this a charity business. 

Your lack of support will likely force us to find another solution.

Please let me know what you find as I am also very disappointed with support. 
I am looking for somthing that is compatiable with both MAC and PC.  Merry Christmas!

Many thanks for your feedback. The forum should be clean from spam entries again. We highly appreciate all user feedback. The forum is not only a place to get a certain free support but also a key resource for us to further improve the product.

You can expect a more reactive free support as of next month again. Fee support will still not be available though. A release 1.5 is planned to be launched end of Q1 2010 and we focus all available resources on it.

Even offering a freeware software, Collanos not setup as a "charity business" as mentioned in one of the comments - we depend on investors,  users buying into our premium services and marketing partnerships. With release 1.5 you will see additional premium products and services rolled-out. The revenue streams of those will contribute further to make our overall development progress and support resources more predictable.

Thank you for your response!  I started to think Collanos may be going "belly-up" with no response in such a long time.  So THANK YOU!  Looking forward t the improvements.

I'm happy to see the response from Peter.  Follow-through with effective support, however, will be the real response. 

I'll give the company a bit more time before we look for an alternative to Collanos.
