Title: next version release?
Post by: myneid on January 19, 2007, 06:40:16 PM
is there an approximate schedule for the next version release so i dont check the boards here every 10 minutes waiting for it?

the first version was great and me and everyone i work with was using it, but as time went on and large numbers of files were added , usage went down as peoples clients kept crashing.

We plan on releasing a new version this coming week. You can sign up to our blog (http://blog.collanos.com/index.php) to get the feeds, as we post release notes there with every new version.

Can you share with us more about these crashes? Please submit a bug (via Help>Report Bug) once restarting Collanos as we want to identify the reasons for the crashes.

the crash doesnt happen to me often but next time it does i will fill out a bug report.
it happens to others on mac os x when a directory is added by somebody with a lot of files.
you hear a bunch of beeps and then it crashes.

(i'm excited to see teh next version)
