How do you tune user presence?  My user isn't changing her status, but even though she has Collanos running, her status is getting changed, sometimes to offline, making it difficult to use Collanos.

Can you please give answers on several questions:

Which Collanos version do you use?
Which OS?
Do you use any firewalls or proxy servers?
Which Internet connection do you use?

No firewall on my end, probably on the other
Cable

My remote user shows Online, some, then some not

Hello,

Thank you for your response, but can you please give me some more information.

1.How often status change occurs?
2.Only some members see you off line sometimes or you see that your peer is off line?
3.What exact troubles you - you cannot receive files in normal way, you use chat and when off line status setts you cannot chat?
For more objective investigation we need your log files:
1. Start up Collanos
2. Open menu Help-> Report Problem/Bug -> Submission Form will appear;
3. Fulfil letter body, point there link on forum, and log files will be attached automatically;
4. Press OK button;

You will have to wait a bit and letter window won't disappear until logs will be archived totally. You will receive message about successful sent after all.

Please point link on our forum discussion in letter body.
