I just installed the software at my office to use with several staff on a project.  At home, I installed the product as well, hoping it would grab the project information created at the office.  I don't see how to do this.  I had thought it would recognize my email address or something.  Does the program do this?

For example, when I am at home, I would like to launch the software, and grab a document someone on my team has created, edit it, and put it back.  Right now, I can't even see the office's workspace.  HELP!!!

Hi, Mhaddon,

There are there basic notions in Collanos:

1. User
2. PC
3. Workspace

Right?

So, the two simple rules are:

1. All your data are stored on your PC and nowhere else
2. One User = One PC

Just remember these two simple rules and enjoy your work with Collanos.

To resolve the problem you described above, simply do the following:

1. Register second user profile e.g. mhaddon_home
2. Get mhaddon_home invited to the workspaces in question

This may be done either by your collaborators in those spaces or by yourself when you go to work next time.

One more thing - for the initial workspace transfer both inviter and invitee shall stay online until the transfer completes.

Please let me know if it was helpful for you.
