I have several issues:
1) I installed Collanos on a laptop with Vista.  Unfortunately, in my main account I was unable to get Collanos Workplace to load (Phone does though).  So, I unstinstalled, set all the changes (XP SP2, Admin, etc.) and reinstalled and still no joy.  However, I created a second User account on the machine and I can see the Collanos install.  Go figure.  Works in one account but not the other.  At first I thought it was my CrapAfee AV software suite that came with the machine but it appears to be something in the UAC mess.  Any help?  BTW, while Collanos will run, the UAC garbage on Vista still asks, everytime I run Collanos, if I trust the application.  Really annoying!

2) On the second User Account on the machine, when Collanos starts, I can not see any of the Workplaces that I am part of in our group.  I have been invited and it appears to have copied all the files over but it still does not show any of the workplaces.  There should be two of them and I am online in Collanos.  Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Mark

Hi, Mark,

1) The idea of this issue is not clear - do you mean that you can work with Collanos under one Windows account and cannot under another other windows account? Or you mean that you can log into Collanos with one Collanos account and cannot log in with other Collanos account?

Please explain in more detail.

2) You say "it appears to have copied all the files" but how do you know that if the workplace has not arrived?

If you wish, I can invite you to a test workspace and we will see what is happening.
