Hi,

I installed Collanos in a VMWARE virtual machine running WinXP.  I later decided I wanted it installed under the host OS (Vista).

I backed up the data from XP first and then restored it in the Vista instance.  After the restore, I noticed the data was not imported to the AppData/Roaming/CollanosWorkplace directory.  It left it in "backup location" and used that folder as its repository location.  Is that normal?  (I had to "move" it using the built-in Collanos option.)

Another question, I use CrashPlan (also Java based) to backup my computer offsite.  Can I just select the Collanos AppData/Roaming/CollanosWorkplace directory in my CrashPlan backup set?  Or do I have to manually do a backup from within Collanos and select that version in my backup set?

Thanks.
