Hey guys,

Just to share, I use Workplace for individual project management, storing minutes of meeting, proposals, documentations for every projects.

In addition, I also create another workspace for Knowledgebase to support customers, record issues, track issues and share issues solutions among team members.

But can anyone advice me?

(1)  Are there any search function to seach through the folders? As when the knowledgebase gets big and documents gets plenty, it will be great to search through the list.

Thanks!
Warmest Regards,
Chinho

Dear Chinho,

Thank you for your interest in Collanos and for your question.

As for now there are no search functions but we are planning to implement search functions very soon. Mist probably in the first half of 2009.

Chinho,
as you can see in Franco's blog post http://blog.collanos.com/2009/01/28/glimpsing-into-collanos-future-whats-next/ search is one of the priorities in our product plan.
Cheers

Hi, Chinho
I´m really interested in using Collanos as an issue tracking tool. could I have an example or a couple screenshot of how do you use it for that purpose?

Thanks in advance!
Regards
Enrique
