Hello . . . I performed a backup of Collanos by copy & paste method from Windows directory to an external USB hard drive.
After this I  formatted the main partition drive on my PC where Collanos was located and then installed Collanos as a new application.

Now almost all the files in the "Data" folder appear strickly as .DAT format.
I realise now that I should backed up my Workspaces from within the Collanos application.

Is there any way I can recover this file data. Most of our MS Word documents are important for our Team.

Thanks

            Problem Solved:
Success . . . I was able to recover by importing data from an existing backup.
I got a bit confused in the process cause file directory kept on expanding. But I just chose the main CollanosWorkplace > Data <  file
Backup solutions do work!
