Dear Users,

Sometimes problems happen and you want to get help from Collanos support.

And we are willing to help you. But you should give us a chance.

We request you about the following:

1. Please describe you problem in such many details as possible.

2. Please send us a screen shot

Whenever you report a problem please accompany your description of the problem with a screen shot where appropriate.

This will help us to identify your problem quicker and more efficiently.

=== How to make a screen shot ? ===

1. When a problem appears in Collanos, press the key "Print Screen", which is on your keyboard.

2. Open Paint or any other image editor.

( Win XP: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories ->Paint )

3. When in Paint -> Go To menu "Edit" and select "Paste"

The screen shot will be pasted.

4. Save image.

5. Attach the image to the letter you are planning to send us

Please do not paste the image within the body of your letter.

1 - if you use [Alt]-[PrtSc] you will only grab the active window.  May save you space Smiley

2 - the really quick way to Paint is to hit [Windows]+R together, and type "mspaint" in the "Run command" window that pops up.

3 - before you do Ctrl-V to paste the Window, go to "Image- Attributes" in MS Paint and set the image to something small (I use 10 x 10 pixels myself).  MS Paint will automatically scale it up to match whatever you past - saves you trimming..

4 - After you paste, press [Esc] so it's no longer marked.  That allows you to draw on it, or cut out the bit you want (mark the block, type [Ctrl]-C, then [Ctrl]-N for "New" - say "No" as you just want to keep that cutout, then [Ctrl]-V for Paste)

5 - Save as JPG ("File - Save as - filetype").  Saving it as a .bmp is hardly ever required and it is an incredibly wasteful format for most things..

Just my two cents  Wink
