Hi All,
    i have recently installed this application but i dont have a collanos user name. so i clicked on Dont have a collanos user name then it asked me for username/password/email. i have given all details but when i click OK it shows me some error message saying "No connection with collanos user directory. Please check your internet connection or try to connect a few minutes later."

please help me out i am not able to use this application.

Hi, Rahul,

Most probably this may happen because of a proxy server.

Please open ports 443 and  9701 in both directions.

And, if your proxy application has the corresponding function, add Collanos to "Trusted applications" list.
