Allways on workaround

Hello,

We are trying to use collanos across several users in several timezones. One user is on-line 24/7 (admin) and is manager member of all workplaces.
The intention is that anyone can work at any time without worrying that their peer is on-line, as admin is in every workplace and is always on.
However we are finding that synchronization is only working when peers are on-line, the admin membership seems to make no difference.
Can anyone suggest what we have wrong, how should we set up this workaround so that anyone can log-on, automatically synchronize with the admin machine.

I have a similar setup and it works for me.

Sometimes a workspace my be corrupt, then duplicate the workspace an reinvite all the members again.
But notice: the owner of all objects is changed to the user, who duplicates the workspace.
