I'm adding a new space that is a couple hundred MB, and I'm finding that it takes many hours to synchronize to a computer within the same network.  I could download off the web in a few minutes.  Is it really this slow?    Why?

Second, the traffic in/out indication is not understandable.  What does it really mean?  It keeps going up and down repeatedly as I'm loading this new space.
