File modified dialogue box

Whenever I modify a file and try to re-save, I find that I have to be VERY careful not to minimize the Collanos window for the entire time I'm working on the file (running on Mac OS 10.6).  If I do or even sometimes when I don't, the file modified dialogue box gets hidden behind the Collanos window and won't come to the front even when beckoned.  This is a major hassle forcing me to either re-save files to the desktop and drop them back in or lose them if I close before saving back to Collanos.   

This to be is a very high-level bug that must be fixed.  I've lost work more than once on this issue.

Peter (the CEO) posted last week that support will be much more responsive yet this question is almost a month old now with no responses.  Not a good sign.

This question was posted 6 weeks ago, the CEO said they're looking into it 3 weeks ago.  What does it take to get an actual answer to what should be a simple question - easy to replicate.  Just let us know where you are, or tell us that it's a bug that won't be fixed.  Any answer.  PLEASE!  A customer with problems should be any company's highest priority. 

We need to make decisions, and your lack of support is forcing us to find another solution.
