I added several files to folder in an active workspace.  The members are not getting the updates after 12 hours. The traffic indicator at the bottom of the window has not changed from Traffic 0 B in, 389.2 KB out for more than 12 hours.

This happened to me too... and I have not found a reason or a solution.
I had to verify manually if files were in sync and... it was a work that should be done automatically by CWS sync functions!
:-S

So... I guest if the traffic in/out in a measure of a potential "not-sync status" for files.
