Can I sync for the same user between different computers?

I've got a bit of a complex life sometimes and can wind up on any of three different computers. Once I installed Collano on the second computer I started up the app. I logged in with same user name and kind of expected some sort of syncronization between different computers (same user). Obviously, that didn't happen. Looked around on the forum and the tools in the app and can't find this particular function. Any ideas how I could get this done (automatically). I'd like to avoid moving data with a flash drive from computer to computer. Would I have to set up a different user for each computer (ie; esotericvision, esotericvision1, esotericvision2) ?

apparently i'll have to go through the manuals with a fine tooth comb but for now i have a workaround. each computer gets a new username (xxxxx1, xxxxx2, xxxxx3) with the same contact information for all of them. so what happens is all the my computers show up as members but at least they are the SAME name for each particular member. so if i have collanos installed on three different computers my name shows up three times in the members list. since everything syncs automatically, i don't find this too unappealing of a situation.
