We have multiple teams here using Collanos and all of them are experiencing issues staying connected.  This all started somewhat recently and to my knowledge, nothing has changed on our end to cause this.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes.  From the hours of searching I've done today, I've found a LOT of users experiencing this.  Based on the dates of the posts, this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS now.  Multiple posts have been made claiming the issue was fixed, but those were ALL followed by a swarm of posts claiming the issue still persists.  I personally and combatting this issue and if it can get resolved soon, my team will finally have a collaboration suite we can actually USE! Smiley

We are having the same problems too (again).

I hope the team at Collanos pick up the problem quickly and resolve it (unlike lasst time where it took days to resolve).

A great product being spoilt by a repetitive error - what a shame.

Still having this issue.  I appear to be online more then off but at this time we cannot reliably use Workplace as files are not being updated.

yes, it looks like there is no one anymore rebooting the p2p/database server. I quickly browsed the website and it looks like the "team" is not involved with this company anymore. If operated as a hobby, it can't be used in business (like we have also and unfortunately  done).

I tested Groove some years ago, but it was acquired by Microsoft. Does anyone have ideas of something else?
