I've set up a workspace and invited a user to join it. This user can see all files in the workspace that were present when he accepted the invitation. When I add new files or change existing files, the changes are not synchronised although other users in the workspace are online. Sending IM works though. Stopping the firewall didn't help.

Sorry for the trouble you are having synchronizing the workspace.

We are aware of a problem with the replication process in certain scenarios and will provide a fix to this issue within a couple of weeks along with additional new features.

Just to be sure that the problem is on our end and not specific to your workspace, can you try creating another workspace, inviting members and exchanging content?
Please let us know if the new workspace syncs or not.

This morning I logged into Collanos and my icon would not connect.  My internet connection was fine and all my applications worked, but Collanos could not detect me online.  I knew this because my green man would not turn on and people could not find me or I could not find others.  I think this may be a synchronization issue. 

After about 5 minutes my green man finally came on.  I invited someone to a workspace and tried to have a discussion.  That would not work.  It seems like the synchronization is slow to start and then it is slow to synch. 

I am using windows XP and I turned off my firewall.  Let me know if you need any more info.

Yes, it's is all related, unfortunately, to the mentioned bug. The forthcoming "Beta 2" will fix this.
