Remove Name from Server

Okay, I go through the wizard, give my name and information.  Then I decide that Collanos is not for me. I uninstall Collanos. What happens to my name and information on your server? Does uninstalling Collanos remove it? Do I have to take a specific action to remove my name and information?

Perhaps on the setup wizard a very brief statement could be made on how to remove yourself from the Collanos server. Additional information would be in the help file.

I think any time personal information is given out it is "comforting" to know where the information is stored, how to fix errors, and how to remove it if it is on a remote server.

Okay, no response to my message. I have to take that as my personal information stays on your server forever and that there is no way to delete it.

I do not know about others, but I do not like that. That also implies that if my information changes I cannot change it.

My impression is that more needs to worked out on the storage and maintenance of information on your central server. Because of this I am hesitant to continue using this software although it has the potential to grow into a great product.

Just my opinion.

We are addressing the issue but I don't have yet an update on it.

For now we will have to remove user profiles from the back-end as we do not have a front-end option to do this.
