Hello, sorry for this delayed reply. From the information we got we are not able to give you a final solution to this installation problem.
The best news for sure is that we are going to use a new installer as of the next release. This part is already in test and will be delivered with the next release. So there is good hope that you won't suffer from this problem anymore. In fact there are some similiar issues documented on the forum of the technology provider - still open.
Anyway: Did you do a fresh install or was it happening when you did an update? What version of Collanos did you try to install (the most recent from our site?)? Does the same thing happen when you do a new download of the installer (maybe the download resulted in a corrupted file)? Please clear your temp folder and uninstall or delete Collanos Workplace completely before you try a new install.
If this all does not help, as mentioned, there will be a new version with a brand new installer coming out very soon.
